Customs Information
Import Duties
If you are ordering from outside the UK (where we're based), your package may be subject to duties once it arrives in your country. Unfortunately, as these duties differ from country to country, we have no way of predicting what they might be or even if you will be charged them at all. Further information can probably be attained from your local customs office.
Handling Fee
Some customs offices may charge a "handling fee" in addition to the duties. The postage price you pay us covers the full cost of shipping the goods to you. However, if there are customs problems, we are aware of cases in which handling fees are assessed and billed onto the customer. We have no control over these handling fees and (if you are charged import duties or handling fees) the matter is between you and your Government Customs Department.
Listing as "gift" on custom forms
Because we are a company, we cannot list the goods as a "gift" on any customs forms we fill out when shipping goods outside the UK and Europe. Even if you are giving the goods to someone as a gift, we are still unable to list "gift" - this is because a commercial transaction has taken place between us, the company, and you, the customer.
