Movie Grooves will not refund/replace merchandise for the following reasons:
Issues of Taste
We provide audio samples of a selection of tracks from each item we have in stock to aid you in your purchasing decisions. Movie Grooves cannot be held responsible for individual instances of personal taste. Music is a wide and varied array of different styles and preferences - and particular likes and dislikes are the province of the individual. If you are dissatisfied with the artistic component of a specific title, you should take the matter up with the artist who produced the LP or CD.
Customer Error
Movie Grooves cannot be held responsible for items that were purchased in error by a customer. As we state above, we provide audio samples of tracks from each item we have in stock to aid you in your purchasing decisions. Once an item has been purchased, we cannot be held responsible if you discover you've made a mistake with your choice.
Minor cosmetic damage
We'll happily replace any items that experience major defects from delivery, but we cannot do so for items that only experience small cosmetic ones. More information on this can be found here.
If you receive overtly damaged items from us that has resulted from the delivery process then please contact us as soon as possible and we will begin a claim with the postal service. Please be aware that claims for damaged goods can take up to 3 months.
