In some cases it is better for us to purchase items from our suppliers once we receive an order.

There are three different stock level messages you may encounter on the site:

"This item in stock"

This item is in stock

We hold enough copies of the item (5 or more) to fulfil orders, even it's a busy day!

There may be the rare occassion that orders exceed stock levels. If this occurs then items are despatched on a first-come-first-served basis. If we do not have enough stock to fulfil your order we will email you with 2 options; 1) Wait whilst we re-order from our suppliers or 2) Cancel your order and we can notifiy you via email when the product you were interested in is available again.

"This item is available, but low in stock"

This item is available, but low in stock

We hold a limited number of copies of this item.

The exact number we hold will be shown alongside the stock level message. If we receive more orders than we have items in stock, then items are despatched on a first-come-first-served basis. If we do not have enough stock to fulfil your order we will email you with 2 options; 1) Wait whilst we re-order from our suppliers or 2) Cancel your order and we can notifiy you via email when the product you were interested in is available again.

"This item is currently out of stock"

This item is currently out of stock

We do not hold copies of the item, but as soon as we receive your order we will purchase the item from our supplier.

Purchasing from our suppliers usually results in a delay whilst we await the stock from our suppliers. The despatch delay (anything from 1 week to 8 weeks depending on the title) will be shown alongside the stock level message.

The stock level messages are kept up to date but if you are in any doubt, then feel free to email us to check we have the item in stock before you place an order.
