Bollywood: An Anthology of Songs from Popular Indian Cinema is a fantastic double CD compilation of precious nuggets from the gargantuan archives of Saregama India Ltd, the sub-continent's oldest and most well known record label.

CD 1 features classic bollywood hits from the 50s, 60s and 70s and CD 2 features more contemporary hits from Indian cinema.

Bollywood: An Anthology of Songs from Popular Indian Cinema features many of India's greatest singing stars including Asha Bhosle (one of the biggest selling recording stars in history), Lata Mangeshkar (The 'Nightingale Of India' and featured in The Guinness Book Of Records as the most recorded artist in the world at 50,000 + songs).
