In Dr. Phibes Rises Again, Vincent Price reprises his acclaimed role of Dr. Anton Phibes, who, this time 'round seeks the Scrolls of Life in an attempt to resurrect his deceased wife.

After the problems that beset the previous movie's soundtrack (see here), director Robert Fuest asked advertising music consultant John Gale (who had, at the last minute, provided an alternate "Vulnavia's Theme" for the original movie and subsequently went on to start the Studio G music library) to come on board and score the entire soundtrack for the sequel.

For this premier CD release, the superb Dr. Phibes Rises Again soundtrack has been remastered from the original master tapes - which almost got thrown away when the recording studio closed - and sounds just fantastic!
