This is the 20th Anniversary Special Edition CD which contains dialogue and sound effects from the movie alongside the full length original music. It kinda plays as an audio version of the movie with all the great quotes/deaths in the order in which they appeared in the movie - which is quite cool and makes for a good listening experience. We were chuffed to hear the Dr Loomis' (the late Donald Pleasance) brilliant "The Evil Has Gone!" speech.

If you're not too keen on dialogue and sound effects on your soundtrack CDs then check out the original CD version.

Packaging & Liner Notes
Standard Jewel case with 2 page booklet containing notes from John Carpenter along with a few black and white stills from the movie. Frankly we expected more liner notes etc. - it's a Special Edition for God's sake!
