Il Tuo Vizio É Una Stanza Chiusa E Solo Io Ho La Chiave (AKA Gently before she dies, Your Vice is a Locked Door and Only I Have the Key, Eye of the Black Cat and Excite Me) stars Edwige Fenech, Anita Strindberg, Luigi Pistilli and Ivan Rassimov and is considered by some to be Sergio Martino's best movie.

Nicolai wrote a monthematic score based on variations of the two main themes; the nostalic love theme, an adagio for oboe and orchestra then developed it with a modern arrangement in its second part (introduced in the main titles) and a second theme, another classical adagio for harpsichord and strings which is used to evoke the apparent calm of the countryside mansion where one of the protagonists lives.

Digitally remastered from the original 1972 stereo master tapes, this is a limited edition CD and sounds just lovely.
