The third in the great Kriminal Filmmusik series brings us the Peter Thomas's music from popular German crime movies of the 60s. This CD contains music from Der Zinker (1963), Die Seltsame Gräfin (1961), Der Hexer (1964), Dar Verrätertor (1964), Das Geheimnis der weißen Nonne (1966), Zimmer 13 (1963), Das Indische Tuch (1963), Das Rätsel Der Roten Orchidee (1961) and Die weiße Spinne (1963).

The filming of Edgar Wallace's crime novel "Der Frosch miot der Maske" in 1959, sparked a craze in Germany for crime movies and by the early 1970s more than 100 of these "Krimis" had been produced.
