Notes
Originally released in 1969 by Audio Fidelity Records, this is the long overdue reissue of Gershon Kingsley's classic album Music To Moog By.
In an attempt to prove that the Moog was not just an unwieldy electronic toy, Kinglsey took songs like the Beatles 'Nowhere Man' & 'Paperback Writer', & Paul Simon's 'Scarborough Fair' and transformed them into Moog rockers, proving that the synthesizer was the instrument of the future that would change music forever.
Music To Moog also featured the first appearance of Kingsley's international hit 'Pop Corn' (which shot to number 1 on the German charts, selling over 1 million copies in Germany alone).
This is fab - you gotta hear Kingsley's version of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star - classic stuff!
