You can tell that whoever picked the music for the Shaun of the Dead soundtrack (probably Simon Pegg & Edgar Wright) knows and loves their old-skool zombie movies as they've included Figment and The Gonk (or at least a remix of it) from the forthcoming Dawn of the Dead Incidental Music soundtrack and also a pretty cool soundclash that uses Zombi - taken from the killer Zombie: Dawn of the Dead soundtrack by Goblin. They've also used two of our favourite 80's hip-hop tunes; White Lines and Hip Hop, Be Bop (Don't Stop). Much respect.
