Notes
CD reissue of Switched on Bach, the ground-breaking LP (originally released in 1968) in which Wendy Carlos performs a selection of Bach's compositions using the Moog Synthesiser.

Switched on Bach was the triple Grammy-award winning production which propelled the synthesizer to fame and became the first Platinum-selling classical album! Sounds a lot like the music used in 70s schools and colleges programmes we used to watch at school!

This great CD contains optimum 20-bit Hi-D transfers from the original 1968 master mixes.

Also contains an eight-minute interview with Wendy Carlos where she discusses her initial experiments for Switched on Bach using the Moog synth.

Packaging & Liner Notes
Standard jewel case with a 20-page booklet containing detailed background notes from Wendy Carlos.
