With Watch With Teacher, Steven Wills at Winchester Hospital Radio again digs into the archives of the music libraries to bring us another great compilation of music - this time it's music that was used in ITV Schools intervals from 1968 to 1986. For those too young to remember or not familiar with the concept; educational programmes that were broadcast on TV for schools usually had a gap between programmes accompanied by a stylised graphic of a clock counting down the seconds between each programme to give teachers the chance let one class exit the TV room and another to enter and sit down (and shut up!) ready for the programme. This break usually had music playing and it's that music that's showcased on this great double CD set containing tracks from the archives of the Bruton Music Library, plus De Wolfe, Studio G, KPM, Chappell and Telemusic libraries.

Also contains a few theme tunes from schools programmes (also originally library music).

A special mention goes out to Lucy Woodward who during remastering, spent a lot of time skillfully editing many of the tunes so that the exact broadcast versions on ITV Schools intervals are heard on CD2.
